Flag Football with TGA

Kick it off with this modified version of America’s game that makes it fun and exciting to play with TGA! This non-contact version of football features similar rules except that players must remove the ball carrier’s flag from a Velcro belt to end the down.

Our programs maximize the fun by including an exciting mix of instruction, drills, and games to develop the fundamental football skills of passing, catching, running, and defending. Safety is the number one priority so TGA’s coaches are extensively screened and trained to lead age-appropriate activities and enforce a no-contact rule.
