Hatha Yoga for Beginners Register View Cart

Yoga
Yoga is meditation for the body! It relieves stress and fatigue and builds our energy. Mary Jane Anderson-Wiley is offering a slow flow Hatha yoga series designed for beginners or those getting back into yoga practice.

Participants will learn a variety of breathing techniques, join in brief meditation, and receive direct verbal instruction for yoga poses. The class is designed for adults of all ages and Caregiver and Me participants (children or adolescents ages 10 and up and their caregiver).

Participants should bring the following: 
Yoga mat, Blanket to cover self during savasana, Bolster (or blanket can be used as a bolster for certain poses)

Mary-Jane has graciously donated her time to lead this series. While this series is free for Bourne Residents, registration is still required. If you register and are unable to make it for any reason, please email Katie at KMatthews@townofbourne.com to free your spot up for others to join.
