All Bourne Rec Pickleball Lessons are taught by Straight Up Pickleball, founded by Laura and Karl Uggerholt. Straight Up's experienced and caring Coaching Team will offer comprehensive pickleball lessons, allowing players to advance through a consistent curriculum at their own pace. The instructors are excited about the season and look forward to sharing what they know about a sport they love with great people!

"Resets; How & When to Use Them": your team has lost control of a rally...what should you do? Reset! Several types of resets are used to neutralize play on the court and put your team in the position to gain control and set up a winning rally. The type of reset to use depends on the shot you received and where you are on the court. Learn the ins and outs of resets in this game-changing skills clinic! The kicker: successful resets feel great! 

This skills clinic is appropriate for intermediate and advanced students, the first 60 minutes will focus on technique while the last 30 minutes will be practice with implementation through game play. Option: Follow-up with "Play with the Coaches" to continue working on implementation. 

Please note, students will be grouped based on level of experience. This clinic is for people who already know the rules and basics of pickleball. Students looking to learn the game should check out beginner clinics.
